Terms and conditions as per 1st January 2026.

 

You = the renter.                     DS = Deeside Storage.

 

1.      You must provide DS with full contact details.

2.      You must provide a secure padlock.

3.      DS accepts no liability whatsoever regarding the contents of your unit/units.

4.      Whether signed or not, payment of the first month’s rent is deemed as acceptance of terms.

5.      If a rental is not paid we reserve the right to open the unit, if necessary by force, and sell contents to the value of unpaid rent.

6.      If after 2 months of unpaid rent, contents will be sold to cover the amount due.

7.      Items stored must be your property, and not include animals or illegal goods (i.e. drugs).

8.      You may terminate rental at any time by simply informing DS and clearing the unit completely.

9.      We may terminate the rental by informing you in writing 28 days prior to ‘quit’.

10.  All of the above is intended to remove any doubt as to how we proceed.  Questions should be addressed to DS.

 

By signing this document and by paying your first month’s rental, you have accepted the above terms.
